1. 1. Purpose

   Memetic Signal Engine is a cultural intelligence system that surfaces, scores, and logs memetic activity and participation across the internet. Participation in the system contributes to a public signal index. This includes behavior like Tap-Ins, referrals, content engagement, and other in-system actions.

2. 2. Eligibility

   You must be 13 years or older and legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If accessing using a digital wallet, you are solely responsible for the security of that wallet.

3. 3. Behavior Logging

   By participating, you understand and agree that certain actions (e.g., Tap-Ins, referrals, and surfacing signals) may be logged as part of your evolving presence in the Signal Engine. This data may be publicly attributed and visible in leaderboards, badges, roles, or other system artifacts.

4. 4. Ownership & Content

   Memetic Signal Engine does not claim ownership over the memes it surfaces. It provides metadata, contextual scoring, and ranking based on public behaviors and internet activity. You retain ownership of your content and identity unless you explicitly submit it to the platform. Any contributions, feedback, or inputs become part of the evolving system.

5. 5. System Evolution

   We reserve the right to evolve the mechanics, scoring system, badges, roles, rewards, and token interactions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, but your continued use of the system indicates consent.

6. 6. Limitation of Liability

   Memetic Signal Engine is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees around uptime, accuracy of cultural data, or system responsiveness. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or reliance on surfaced information.

7. 7. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who exploit, spam, abuse, or attempt to manipulate system scoring or progression.

8. 8. Jurisdiction

   These terms are governed by the laws of USA.
