The token of Jungle Bay Island, on Solana. The island is an art community where real artists have painted original works every day for five years, and were really paid for it the whole time. The token came after the art: creator fees from trading fund the island and pay the artists. The gallery is public at junglebayisland.com; the island lives at memetics.wtf.
A collective of real, named artists. Every original work in the public gallery carries its artist's name. The community has run more than seventy paid art contests, documented in the island's launch story, and winning works hang permanently in the island's public record at memetics.wtf/videos.
The painting started in 2021; it has not stopped. The token launched on Solana in August 2026, five years into the art. Holding history is counted onchain and can be checked for any wallet at memetics.wtf/heat, where the oldest hands show more than 1,600 days of continuous holding.
