What this is

Who can sign. A Resident of the island, 80° or more, whose linked wallet holds the token, with a sign ready. Not on the register yet? Link your wallet first. Your heat has been counting since your first buy.

What you sign. One message in your wallet. It names the token and the contract. No approvals, no transactions, nothing moves.

The signs. A Resident carries 3 signs, a Builder 6, an Elder 9, by the number your flame reads. Signing a community forward spends one. It comes back the day that community comes home; if the community falls short, it comes back a year after you signed. The first three signs make a community stand, and the door closes: nobody spends a fourth. Signatures made before the signs began spent nothing.

What happens. The first signature opens the motion in public. The third makes it stand. The island reads it within the hour, and that first reading starts one clock: ninety days for 25 named flames holding a bought bag of it to read warm (30°) on the island and 7 to read Resident (80°). Your number is the island's own, the one your flame reads; your bag, bought and held, is the proof. The count is the review. A bungalow opens when the community proves it is home.

What counts. A bag your wallet bought, or moved from another wallet on your flame. A bag sent to you from anyone else never counts, however long you hold it; sell, and the sent bag is what leaves first. A hand is a named flame: put your name on your flame at memetics.wtf/name and the island reads you every six hours.

The 369. A year after a community comes home, the island reads it again: its average market cap over its twelfth month home against its first (a collection, by its floor). Up 369% or more, 4.69 times, and each of the three who signed it forward gets 369,000 $BAYLA, sent to a Solana wallet on their flame, if they have held the bag they bought since the day they signed. An average, not a candle: a one-day pump moves nothing.

What this is not. Not a vote, not a sale, not a listing. Nobody pays to come in. The only $BAYLA that moves is the 369, a year after a community comes home, to the signers who stayed with it. A community is put forward by its own holders or not at all.
